What Maddie Loves – Melissa & Doug’s Mini Dollhouse from Keachea

I have such fond memories of playing with my little plastic doll house when I was little. I played with it for years and can still recall what the plastic furniture pieces looked like. I played with it until the stickers that set the scene for the house peeled off the walls and I got given my big girl Barbie house.

It is amazing how their little minds almost instantly begin an adventure onboard their imagination and the world of role play in different scenes begins! From moving the furniture around the house, making the ‘mommy’ and ‘daddy’ dolls sit in the lounge, lie on the bed and bath in the bath, talking for them and even making the dolls kiss.

I am in awe! This cute and charming fully assembled dollhouse (which stands 32 cms high and 27 cms long) is portable and completely made from wood giving it a classic look and the durability to last years and years (possibly even something my daughter can hand down to hers). It is kitted out with two flexible, wooden play figures who live in this house and has 11 pieces of wooden furniture specially designed for them as well as a working door that swings open and shut. From a bath, sink, toilet, couches, bed, TV and tables to name a few, the dollhouse opens for easy access and folds closed with chunky wooden handles for convenient storage and fun on-the-go when travelling.
