I cannot believe my little baby is going to be two! Oh my golly! It feels like just the other day we had her first birthday party. If you are a new follower to Being Maddie’s Mom I did a whole blog post on her first birthday celebration here if you would like to read about it.
I am knee deep in party planning with her second birthday party which will be on the 24th (and her actual birthday on the 22nd of March) and I haven’t had a chance to go shopping for Maddie’s birthday gift/s. Thank goodness for online shopping and the fact that I get to share Maddie’s birthday wish list with all our friends and family who are looking for something special to spoil Maddie with on her big day and I also get to give some ideas to the moms follow our journey of motherhood, who are looking for two year old gift ideas…
Here’s Maddie’s birthday wish list:

I have fond memories on my scooter as a child and just love the look of the Micro Mini 2 Go four stage scooter. The adjustable handlebar height allows the scooter to grow with the child, has a removable seat and handy storage drawer. Suitable for kids from 18 months to five years old – it is a great investment purchase for years of fun.

Baby Born Interactive doll – Birthday edition
Maddie adores playing with a small baby doll she got for her birthday last year. She rocks it to sleep, gives it a bottle and pushes it around in its pram. The first thing that popped into my head when I was thinking about what to get Maddie for her birthday was a Baby Born interactive doll! I had one of these as a kid and loved that it fed from its bottle, made a ‘real’ wee wee in its potty and had a nappy. We were fortunate enough to find the Baby Born 25 year anniversary edition doll at our local Toy Zone and just though it was meant to be for our very own birthday girl! It comes with a cake, plates and cutlery in addition to the usual accessories that it comes with.
